TLF Transforms
Due to the unmistakable transformation in the participants of the NLR Certificate program and in close collaboration and communication with our partners at Ubiquity, TLF now offers a Dual Certificate Program. Completion of the 12-month synchronous virtual program meets the requirements to take graduate courses at Ubiquity and award participants a practitioner’s certificate in Natural Learning Relationships.

New Podcast Launch
The Nurturing a Child’s Consciousness podcast is Hosted by Brandy McCray, and features Josette Luvmour, Ph.D. and Ba Luvmour, M.A. the originators of Natural Learning Relationships.
The Nurturing a Child’s Consciousness podcast series is devoted to Whole Human Development. It features Natural Learning Relationships (NLR). At its core, NLR maps the development of the innate capacities in children and offers guidelines to creating relationships that lead to optimal well-being for both the child and the caregiver(s).
This series of podcasts will allow you to see through a child’s eyes and feel through a child’s heart. It reveals the inner workings of the child’s consciousness—how they see and know themselves and their world. We enter their perspective and so can nurture their actualization of well-being.

Interested in taking the course Intro to Natural Learning Relationships?
This experiential course introduces the Natural Learning Relationships (NLR) framework for supporting children’s development in love, trust, spirituality, safety, and social justice. Grounded in decades of research and practice, participants learn practical, evidence-informed ways to foster trust, empathy, and mutual respect while promoting well-being and justice in diverse family and educational settings.
Designed for educators, caregivers, parents, and professionals, the course provides insight and inspiration for transforming everyday interactions into opportunities for connection, growth, and healing.
This 7 week course launches summer of 2026. It meets live on Zoom once a week for 2 hours. To be scheduled together with particpants. Cost $400. Payment plans available.
The course is open to anyone interested. If you decide to continue to complete the entire Ceritificate Program, the course fee will be applied to your total tution for the certificate program.

consecutive virtual course
The dual certificate program includes 8 consecutive virtual classes held on Zoom varying in length from from 4 to 7 weeks each. Class time varies between 1.5 and 2 hours per course per week. Classes will run summer of 2026- spring of 2027 and are followed by a 3 month practicum March-May of 2027..
Customized Tuition
We work with you to customize tuition and payments.
Small Cohort Size
No more than 8 participants in a cohort. Upon enrollment in the program, each participant receives a personal advisor. You will meet with your advisor periodically to answer any questions or concerns.
Natural Learning Relationships
Learn directly from Josette Luvmour and Ba Luvmour, the co-creators of Natural Learning Relationships.
Flexibility
Exact dates and times of courses to be determined together with the cohort of participants.
Dual Certificate
Upon completion, participants will be granted two certificates. The Certificate in Transformative Learning will allow the transfer of graduate degree credits (MA or Phd in Transformative Learning) to Ubiquity University’s programs.
The Natural Learning Relationships Practitioner’s Certificate will allow participants to consult using NLR materials and intellectual property.

Who We Are
Transformative Learning Foundation is a non-profit organization with a mission of revolutionizing the form and execution of all aspects of education. By actualizing transformative learning experiences, we aim to create a global community of enlightened, adaptable, and empathetic individuals who contribute to a more just, sustainable, and interconnected world.
We offer virtual synchronous courses and a certificate program in Transformative Learning. In partnership with Ubiquity University, our certificate can be used to obtain a low-cost MA, PhD, or MA+PhD combination.
Affordable.
Transformative Learning Foundation is committed to offering affordable, high quality education free of the financial constraints of mainstream Universities and their degrading alliance with banks and government.
Traditional education has failed to bring forth income equity, equality to people of color and women, and relational appreciation for Earth and one another. It is time to move on!
TLF offers quality courses taught by faculty who are experts and practitioners in their field without burdening our students financially. The combined cost of the Certificate Program and the Master’s degree through our alliance with Ubiquity University is approximately 20% less than the cost of a traditional Master’s degree, and the cost of the combined PhD program is approximately 10% less than a traditional PhD (source: Education Data Initiative). Relational.
TLF’s educational design is centered on trust and relationships. Students benefit from continuous advisor support and small class sizes, typically a 7 to 1 ratio of students to faculty.
Our faculty are dedicated to experiential, emergent, and self-directed learning for all class participants. Our classes are held synchronously, with all students and faculty in each course meeting together in real time. This face-to-face contact creates a safe and trusting environment for the actualization of strong relationships.
